Redefining Motherhood or Running from Responsibility?

I caught part of this segment this morning on "Today", and it saddened me.

What  struck me first, was Ms.Reiko Rizzuto's admission that she never wanted to be a mother, and second, her comment about not wanting to "give up my life for someone else," even though the "someone" was, and is, her boys.

a lot of things that used to be the norm dont seem so normal for some reason. like motherhood being something all women did and cherished at some point in their lives. like how fathers provided for and supported their families thru thick and thin. like how love and marriage were linked and same sex liasons weren't cool.

now women don't like to be mothers or wives, even. men marry men. women sleep with dogs. relationships are open and sex has no strings attached. And so shall the last days be i guess. its the ever changing times...
